Paul Sayour, DC, DABCO owner of Wickford Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a 1988 graduate of the National College of Chiropractic in Illinois. He also holds a diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics. Chiropractic Orthopedists complete extensive post graduate training in advanced diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting joints, muscles and nerves.

Dr. Sayour specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic/sports related injuries.  The scope of his practice encompasses treating spinal and extremity related conditions.  Dr. Sayour utilizes traditional chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue techniques, exercise prescription, and auriculotherapy (needle-less acupuncture).

Dr. Sayour is originally from New Jersey and attended the University of Rhode Island.  He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Chiropractic Society of Rhode Island and the Connecticut Chiropractic Association.  He resides in South Kingstown, RI with his wife and three children.

Michael Preneta, DC, MS,SFMA,NSCA-CPT  is a 2011 graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri.  While at Logan, he was awarded a Health Center Achievement Award by Logan College clinicians in recognition of exemplary clinical performance and academic excellence. Dr. Preneta also completed a MS in Sports Science and Rehabilitation with Logan University, which included an internship with the University of Rhode Island Athletics Department.

Dr. Preneta specializes in a combination of  chiropractic techniques, manual therapy and corrective exercise, individualized to each patient. He focuses treatment on  the importance of healthy movement and optimal body function for all activities. In addition to standard chiropractic techniques he has taken extensive course work in Foundation Training, Functional Range Release (FRC Ms Certified), Precision Nutrition,  Motion Palpation Technique,  Functional Range Release (certified practioner), Rocktape (certified practioner), Manual Therapy, SFMA /FMS(Selective Functional Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Screen certified practioner),  Neurokinetic Therapy (Level 2 Certified)  and the low force Sacro-occipital Technique.

Dr. Preneta is originally from Jamestown, RI and is a North Kingstown High School graduate.  He is a  graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (2003)  and holds a certificate in personal training from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Dr. Preneta also  has extensive experience  in the fitness industry specializing in rehabilitation and sports performance.
